We ship from warehouses in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. If an item is out of stock in the US or Australia, it will be shipped from Hong Kong, which may add 2-4 business days to delivery.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven't received tracking details within two days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@ecogroundhome.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your package, please reach out to us at contact@ecogroundhome.com. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If an error occurred, we will send the missing items via express international shipping to resolve the issue promptly.
